Policies

SHIPPING

All domestic website orders of $75+ or more receive free shipping (not valid subscription boxes or wholesale orders).  Domestic orders under $75 pay a flat shipping rate of $8.00.

Orders are processed in 3-7 business days (not including the day the order was placed, Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays) and you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once it has shipped.  Please note that we cannot control USPS transit times.  

Our shipping prices are based on USPS Priority Mail estimates and all orders include delivery confirmation (where available).  

We ship orders using repurposed or biodegradable packaging materials.  This means that instead of disposing of boxes, plastic bubble wrap, air cushioning, and packing peanuts received in supply shipments, we reuse them when shipping out our orders – and any packaging materials we do purchase are plastic-free and biodegradable such as kraft padded envelopes, corrugated cardboard wrap, cardboard boxes, and biodegradable cornstarch packing peanuts.

Please note that many of our products are made with oils, butters, and waxes that will melt in high temperatures.  Please keep this in mind when ordering and make sure your order is shipped to an address where it will be collected in a timely manner.  

International shipping:

We are currently only shipping within the US and to Canada, Ireland, and the UK.  

Any shipping overages will be refunded once your order is packaged and weighed, but please keep in mind that our products are heavy and are costly to ship.  

International packages can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on your location.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.  Once a package has left Wicked Soaps Co. and is in the hands of the postal service we are no longer responsible for the package and cannot control the speed that it gets to you.

We are not responsible for any international customs or other import taxes or fees.  Please research this before placing your order.  All items will be marked as "merchandise" on custom forms.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, and we do not issue refunds because you don't like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient.  We have a full ingredient listing for every product, please be sure to read it for any possible allergens before ordering.  If there is a legitimate issue with your order such as a broken item, we definitely want to make it right, so please contact us!
