SHIPPING

Orders ship within approximately 3-7 business days after payment is received (not including the day the order was placed, Saturdays, Sundays, and Government Holidays).

Our shipping prices are based on USPS First Class and Priority Mail estimates and all orders include delivery confirmation (where available).  

We reuse any packaging and padding materials that we receive from our supply shipments which include packing peanuts, air bubble cushioning, bubble wrap, and paper.  

Many of our products are made with oils, butters, and waxes that WILL melt in high temperatures.  If your order sits in a hot mailbox or on a hot sunny porch in 100 degree heat, I guarantee your products will melt.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.  

International friends:

Any shipping overages will be refunded once your order is packaged and weighed, but please keep in mind that our products are freaking heavy and are costly to ship.  

International packages can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive depending on your location.  Please keep this in mind when ordering.  Once a package has left Wicked Soaps Co. and is in the hands of the postal service we are no longer responsible for the package and cannot control the speed that it gets to you.

We are not responsible for any international customs or other import taxes or fees.  Please research this before placing your order.  We will not lie on custom forms, so please know all will be marked "merchandise" and will not be marked "gift" to avoid any fees.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, and we do not issue refunds because you don't like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient.  We have a full ingredient for every product in our listings, so be sure to  read it before ordering.  If there is a legitimate issue with your order, we definitely want to make it right, so please contact us.
