Our handcrafted line includes small-batch soaps, body polishes, bath soaks, lotions, candles, aromatherapy mists and oils, facial serums, and skincare — all made with clean ingredients in our West Michigan studio. We offer 50% off retail wholesale pricing, low order minimums, and Net 30 payment terms. Private label and custom formulation services are also available.

Custom Scents

$50 per scent one-time formulation fee. Premium botanicals quoted individually

Available for: body polishes, bath soaks, lotions, soaps, candles, wax melts, aromatherapy mists, aromatherapy oils, lip products, and skincare (facial serums, facial oils, facial creams, and face wash). Seasonal and limited edition products are not available for private label.

Product naming: Branded Wicked Soaps Co. product names (such as Peaceful Magnesium Cream, Glow Facial Serum, Radiance Facial Oil, Honey Face Wash, etc.) may not be used for private label orders. Descriptive and scent-based names such as Lavender + Honey, Citrus + Mint, etc. are welcome.

All private label products include legally required documentation — manufacturer info, INCI ingredient lists, net weight, and any required warnings.

Label add-on uses our signature minimal design (black text on white label) customized with your branding. One-time fee per SKU — no charge on reorders.

FAQ

What's the difference between ordering direct and ordering through Faire?
You'll receive the same handcrafted products either way. Ordering direct gives you lower order minimums, Net 30 payment terms for returning accounts, and our best pricing since there's no marketplace fee. Faire offers their own perks like Net 60 terms and free returns on first orders. Choose whichever works best for your business.
Do I need a resale certificate or tax ID?
Yes — we require a valid resale certificate or business tax ID to set up a wholesale account. You can provide this after your application is approved.
How does shipping work?
Shipping is calculated based on order weight and destination. Because our products use glass containers, every order is carefully hand-wrapped and packaged to arrive safely. We ship from West Michigan and most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days.
How do payment terms work?
Your first order is prepaid, which lets us get to know each other and make sure everything runs smoothly. After that, returning retailers enjoy Net 30 payment terms on all subsequent orders.
What's the lead time on orders?
Standard wholesale orders ship within 2–3 weeks. Private label orders may take slightly longer depending on the scope of the project. We'll always give you a clear timeline before you place your order.
What if something arrives damaged?
We stand behind every product. If anything arrives damaged during transit, let us know within 7 days and we'll replace it at no cost. We pack everything with extra care, but glass can be unpredictable — we've got you covered.
Can you help me choose which products to carry?
Absolutely. Once you're approved, we're happy to help you curate a selection based on your store and customer base — whether that's our bestselling Peaceful Magnesium Cream and Lavender + Honey collection, the moody Arcane Apothecary line, or a mix of everything.
What's the difference between wholesale and private label?
Wholesale means you carry our products under the Wicked Soaps Co. brand — our name, our labels, our packaging. Private label means we make the same quality products, but they ship with your branding (or unbranded for you to label yourself). Private label is available on all of our product categories, including skincare. Seasonal and limited edition products are excluded. The only naming restriction is that branded Wicked Soaps Co. product names cannot be used — private label customers use their own product names.
Do you offer marketing materials or display support?
Yes! We can provide product images and descriptions to help you merchandise and market our products in your store. If you need anything specific, just ask.
